you have good emotional well being, able to forgive and forget. Complete physical is being in shape, eating
healthy and working out. Complete emotional is being able to express your feelings easily. A healthy person
has a well balanced mental, physical and emotional well being. Now a days people are not eating healthy,
they prefer to eat fast food because its the easiest way especially when you are like me a person on the go.
Fast food is becoming more popular because it is quick and already prepared.
People are not staying healthy because they have stress, whether its from work or personal, they do not
eat healthy or exercise regularly. People tend to ignore the fact that fast food can cause lots of diseases such
as diabetes or high cholesterol. Fast food will make you gain weight and might even cause you a heart attack
A good tip for being healthy is to always have breakfast, people don't realize that its the most important meal
of the day. Breakfast gives you energy throughout the day, so have some cereal with a banana or even some
yogurt. Try to eat lots of vegetables and fruits, strawberries are great for your heart, there's a saying that I
will share with you "eat an apple a day keeps the doctor away". Try to take some vitamins pills such as
vitamin C. Also if you eat whole grains it contains vitamin B, fiber and magnesium. Exercising is the
ultimate best way of staying healthy and fit. I know that most of us do not have lots of time in our daily
routines but find a friend or a family member to go with. That way you can both motivate each other and
support each other in this journey. Try to get enough of sleep, I always suggest to go to bed by 10 pm and
be up by 7 am. If you give yourself a good sleep and have a good breakfast you will start your day the right
way :)))
Don't let stress, or time prevent you from eating healthy and working out. Lets all pledge to start being
healthy and fit.

ReplyDeleteStress I have learned is a huge part of a healthy diet. I have always used a sport that I enjoy to relieve the stress or getting to the gym frequently and get a very intense workout in. but all very great tips! thank you!
